Help ASAP: How do you give someone tbt?

I never knew how to do this and Im gonna have to know soon so help pwease!

under the blog tree button, it says currency.
click that and click bells. the rest should be self-explanatory.

It seems to be bugged for some people though, so you might want to select 'tickes' and then go back to 'bells' for it to work.
