Help 10th villager !!

As you can see in my sig i have 9 of 10 of my dreamies in my Town But now becouse i visited my sister her Chevre moved in my town i tried to get her out since 2 days of timetravelling .....everybody wants to move out except her i tried befriending with her through all of the time travelling o.o but she just dont moves out !!!!!
Please someone help me i dont know what to do ._.

I had a similar problem as you before, but someone told me that the most recent villager that moved in can't be the next villager to move out. So in other words, somebody from your 10 has to move out that's not Chevre for him to ping you to move eventually >.<

Really but i have 9 of my hard gotten dreamies i cant let anyone go do somebody else has other expieriences ? o.o i dont want to loose a dreamie

It works like a roulette wheel kinda. The next villager is chosen at random to ping you to move. You're gonna have to wait till the villager you want out pings you, and because the villager you want out is recent, it's gonna be a while.
