first thing to do with the money though (y'know, before it's useless) would be to either hire a team to explore/spy with the intent of finding your city, or enough arms to blow up the ocean as a whole.

If you tried to blow up the ocean then you'd fire off so many bombs that you'd overkill some continents in the process since Earth is covered by ALOT of water.
And even if some of your spies managed to find Rapture I'm sure they wouldn't.. meet one of my metallic friends in the process... You see, we don't take kindly to outsiders, parasite.

I would wanna go back and time and come-up with all the greatest ideas of all time and then be rich.

I've heard that you could be very healthly and face little problems at even old ages, and since no human could've managed to live that long I wouldn't be quick to doubt it. Not to mention you are also invincible and that the effects of age along with it wouldn't take much effect I presume.
