hey! i'm pax callow and man have i gotten extremely excited about animal crossing as of late. i feel a little guilty at the prospect of returning to my new leaf town because i've been gone for so long, so i thought joining the bell tree forums would be a good way to put my excitement to palpable use. i feel like a long time ago, i may have visited these forums, but i'm not sure.

about me: i love drawing and writing! i write and draw a webcomic and i write a lot of fanfiction in my spare time because i'm a dork like that and i AIN'T ASHAMED, SILT IT. i've been getting into getting invested in and supporting my local neighborhood/community lately, actually, because i've been so inspired by my history with animal crossing to try and foster a real community like the ones this game has given me.

It?s really cool seeing someone else draw that connection between the game and their real life community! In my case, I grew up in a smaller community?think, neighbors greeting each other on the street, being on familiar terms with the shopkeepers in the area etc?and have missed that since moving somewhere else. I have plenty of friends irl, but walking through my town in AC gives me something I haven?t had since leaving my home.

Also, if I may ask, what fandom have you written for? :3

also, fey, i have mostly written for psychonauts (lots for psychonauts), but second in line is probably the webcomic paranatural. i've also written a smattering for a few other things. including steven universe. i guess i just like writing about kids with supernatural powers!
