I'm not exactly sure on how any other country will get them. I have a friend in Japan who is going to send me the cards, so I might be one of the lucky few who will be able to help throw the items into the community.
 
I'm sure there will be some sold online by the lucky people who get them.
 
UK is apparently getting the Sanrio cards.
You can pre-order them on a U.K. site online but I can't find it atm
No US announcement for release in US..... yet (hopeful!)

In Europe they are coming out as a complete set of 6, no blind packaging: store.nintendo.co.uk/amiibo/animal-crossing-new-leaf-sanrio-amiibo-cards-pack/11362327.html

same day as the EU release of the welcome amiibo cards. I am guessing that they will come out here on Dec 2nd along with the rest of the cards too, but just haven't been announced yet. In any case, I am going to wait for one pack from EU, instead of trying to collect all 6 in blind packaging -- at $3 a pack of 2 plus my luck opening cards I'm sure I could spend a fortune!! (actually, ?300 is less than $3 now but I'm sure I'd still end up needing a ton of packs to complete a set, and I'd be trying my friends' patience!)

Fingers crossed we get the complete set here as well!

Thanks so much for this info. I almost shelled out $30 for the Japanese ones on eBay.
 
If we don't get them, I think I might cry ;_; or just buy them off eBay
 
I'm living in Japan and I went to a 7-11 but didn't find the cards anywhere. Do I have to order them or something?
 
I wish there was Hello Kitty Cards in the U.S.A 7-11s'. :c But I'm not going to really use them. I'll just collect them.
