Share your healthy recipes with people and encourage people to eat better :D It doesn't have to be anything long or complicated, but it can be if you want!

I'll start: Right now I'm eating greek yogurt topped with grape nuts (type of cereal) and a diced green apple :3

I also really like making home made tomato sauce. It takes no time at all and has lots of flavor. Here's my recipe :D

Ingredients:
Olive oil
1 or 2 small containers of cherry tomatoes, or more if you're making a larger batch
1 tablespoon of minced garlic (or more depending on how much sauce you're making)
Basil, thyme and oregano- fresh or dried, and chopped. The amount is up to you.
salt and pepper to taste
Sugar (at the end if the sauce tastes sour/acidic)

Directions:
Set your burner to medium heat, and put enough olive oil in the pan to coat the bottom. Add your garlic and cook until fragrant (1 or 2 minutes).
Add your cherry tomatoes, fresh or dried herbs, salt and pepper, give everything a good stir, and cover the pan with a lid.
*Note: the water from the cherry tomatoes keeps the garlic from burning after the 1 or 2 minutes you've already cooked it*
Once all the tomatoes have popped, mash them with a fork (for a smoother consistency), and continue cooking over medium heat until the excess liquid is gone. Add a tiny bit of sugar (don't overdo it!) to your sauce if it tastes sour/acidic. 1 teaspoon should work. The tomato skins will still be intact for the most part. If you don't like that, put the sauce in a food processor and blend.

Viola, you have tomato sauce :D I use this for pizza, pasta, and chicken rollatini alla parmigana (if you want that recipe, let me know!)

Omg yum!!

I have no real recipes
But GREEK YOGURT AND. SLICED OR DICED ALMONDS ARE TO DIE FOR

This is a very healthy snack that I make - if you're craving something crunchy this is so much better for you than chips (it has tons of protein) you can adjust the spices to the flavors that you like

Spicy Oven Roasted Chickpeas

2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, thoroughly drained and rinsed (about 3 cups)
2 tablespoons olive oil
a dash of cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Heat the oven to 400?F and arrange a rack in the middle.

Spread the chickpeas in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 40-60 minutes.

About 30 minutes into baking, take the chickpeas out & place in a large bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients until evenly coated.

put it back into oven for another 20-30 mins (until they're a little brown and crispy - keep an eye on them or they'll burn)
