Technically a couple days late, but I wanted to introduce myself! I am very new to the Animal Crossing franchise, as I just started my town earlier this year. I absolutely love New Leaf so far, there is so much to do! My first town had Lolly, but the layout was terrible, so I had to get rid of her. Right now, I am Mayor Marina of Latte! Unfortunately I am terrible at interior design and decorating my town, so any tips on that would be greatly appreciated! Even though I am so late to this game, I am shocked to see how active this community still is. You guys are super dedicated, so props to you!

hewwo uwu ~! lmao welcome! I'm glad you are having fun with the game! I also started to game a couple years late as well, and was shocked to see that people still played it and I wasn't just hopping onto an empty band wagon.

I'm not the best with designing either, but a big tip, go to dream towns! Visiting lots of dream towns is good for inspiration and ideas.

Hi, I just started my town in October! Let me know if you need any items! As for your design problem, I personally like to look at what other people have done, copy it and then go from there. I started with a design that I liked and changed the furniture pieces to a different color and stuff, changed the placement added a few personal touches and voila! I had my room. I am currently adding some plants and looking at a different wallpaper but for the most part it is finished. Hope this helped!

That's a wonderful idea! I will certainly give it a shot. My main problem is not wanting to put furniture anywhere but against the walls, idk why. I guess my mind thinks it's cleaner that way?
