I think it's the eyes and the unibrow. Her eyes are way too small and the huge unibrow makes her look ridiculous.

I think she's pretty okay, but I can't really say since I've never had her. I used to really dislike her, but then I guess she grew on me. I love the squirrel villagers, and she seems like she could be cute.
