havent seen the turnip lady in months?

I hear the turnip lady only comes on Sundays so the last couple weeks I've been scouring my town on Sundays because I need to make mad bells before Halloween and shes nowhere to be found?? Phineas and Saharah seem to get here okay. Does anyone know what thats about?

I think she only comes in the morning until noon. If it's past 12 PM, you're too late.
