Most popular villagers I've gotten on my campsite are Coco, Tia, Ruby and Fang. I invited Tia and Ruby and tried inviting Coco but gave up since it was taking too long to reset!
my campers are either hit or miss. usually it's the latter. from more popular ones i've had tangy, fuchsia, bunnie, deirdre, drago, katt and molly if i remember well. and from them i only took tangy, fuchsia and molly.
Lol the only nice ones in there are the ones I scanned.
I keep getting villagers I don't care for in my campsite, like the grey frog. Huck? Idk. I would like to ONE DAY get a villager I actually want, but with 300+ villagers and my town pretty much having all the villagers I want, this isn't gonna happen anytime soon.
I got Ankha and Sprinkle, which were very nice surprises (Especially Sprinkle because she was a starter villager in New Leaf for me and I loved her). Also, I've never used the TT method, so they were genuinely random visitors.
I've found Reneigh, Tia, Ketchup, Klaus, Zell, and a few others. I wanted to invite Reneigh but didn't know you could if you had a full island already. Also maayyy have passed on a business cat looking for Eugene. (Sorry not sorry Eugene is better imo)
Since I time travel a lot, I've seen a bunch of campsite visitors. I've seen Raymond, Goldie, Lobo, Megan, Merengue, Ruby, Flora, and others I've probably forgotten. However, there's even more eh villagers that I've forgotten.
I definitely have. I specifically remember when I had 9 out of 10 of my planned dreamies when I checked my campsite one day. Inside was Frobert who was the exact villager I had been looking for for my final dreamie. I literally said “no way” out loud to myself and set my Switch down for a bit when I saw who it was haha.
I also had Lopez as my forced invite, but I have since let him move though. I had also invited Felicity for a short while as she offered to replace a villager that I really didn’t talk to much. I also let her move eventually as well.
I haven't had any great campers yet. I invited Kidd, but only because he offered to kick out a villager I was ready to let go of and no one on my island was asking to move despite it being 20 days since the last villager left. I'm pretty neutral on him, though.
Kitty, Vivian, Fang, Peaches, Cheri, and Bitty were all ones I liked but I decided against inviting them; Fang and Bitty were because they wanted to boot a villager I wanted to keep and I didn't feel like resetting (although I regret passing on Bitty now), and I would have definitely gone for Cheri if only I hadn't already had Apple, since I didn't want two similarly coloured peppies at the same time and I didn't want Apple to leave yet. I've had ten other campers I didn't want at all.
yes! I've had Hopkins, Henry and Bangle that I can remember inviting, I think Poncho also came through the campsite? nobody that's conventionally 'popular' per se but i love them all
