I discovered that my nephew also got Animal Crossing: New Leaf (updated) so I unlocked Wolf Link (since I have a New Nintendo 3DS XL) and bought the new hero clothes costume for him.

He said that his sister deleted his previous town, quite a pity.

And you guys?

My mom bugged me to let her make a house in MY town in New Leaf. It sucks cause I wanna put a PWP where she put down her house, and she threatened to ground me if I ever delete her house. Tbh I've been wanting to reset my town anyway so she can't do anything about her house deleting with the rest of the town.

Nope. My parents never really got into video games. Well my dad was into video games when he was younger, but today he doesn't anymore because he is busy. My dad used to own a sega genesis and a atari consule(which I don't know of), but he doesn't know where it is or maybe he thrown it out. He also used to play games in the arcade where he used to live. I wish he still had the video game stuff. ;-;

Neither of my parents enjoys video games (though they both made a noble effort when I was a child), but my husband played with me for a while! He really enjoyed the game, but it wasn't a huge priority for him, so when our lives got really busy, he dropped it.

No. My mom likes the game, but it makes her dizzy so she can't play. :c

I'm a parent to a 15 year old and am much more into AC than he is. I can get him to play with me occasionally though. :rolleyes:

Sadly not :( I used to play space invaders and driver with my dad when I was a kid, it's a shame really as I'm sure he would have loved all the games and things that are out now. Not sure he would have played new leaf though...and my mom is more into puzzle type games. Might show her puzzle league ;)

I guess you could say that. I got my mom into playing AC:NL, but stopped after she turned on 3D. (I really need to get her a 2DS, I don't know why mom won't get that in her head its CHEAP!)

Nah, my parents don't play video games. My mom never did, but my dad used to years ago. He's the one that got me into gaming in the first place, and it's how we spent most of our time together. He was into Sega Genesis, SNES, Atari, PS1...fun times. Now he says everything is too advanced and high-tech and he hates it because it's too hard for him to understand lmao. He wouldn't like AC anyway, he thinks it's stupid :p

When I was a kid my family got a GameCube for Christmas an animal crossing was our first game. My parents, my sis, and I all played in the same town.

I remember each of us were collecting a different furniture set and we would always get presents of our furniture sets in the mail from mom. I remember my mom was the first to pay off her home loan, so she had the biggest gold statue.

My mom has always been into Nintendo, so I was raised as a gamer. My mom and I both hardly ever leave the house without our 3ds (and I'm an adult now too.) Naturally, I got my mom a copy of ACNL for her bday when it first came out. She played for a long time, but has moved on to other games at this point.

My parents don't really like video game too and I understand them because when they're children, they outside with theirs friends and they never play any video-game too. :rolleyes:

I think it's something my mum would probably enjoy, but she's never played any games aside from Facebook games. The only thing I've gotten her to play "with me" is Neko Atsume, we used to compare our memento collections and race to get them all. But even at that she's a bit timid when it comes to learning new things.

Nope, My mom can't stand me playing it and says I'm too old for it at times.

I have a niece, but I'm not sure she'll be interested in this game. lol
