I have 6 more mortgages, and then I'm done! I could've gotten it done sooner, but I never got around to it. Have you paid off all your mortgages?

No, not yet. I probably won't get the last upgrade for either of my charas. So I'll probably end up not paying the last mortgage.

I didn't get any more expansion after the fourth one so I don't have to be in debt. I hate being in debt
I'll expand once I have more bells so I can pay it all in one go.

No, and I don't plan too. I have about 6m left on one of my characters and I plan to keep it that way. My mayor file though, I finished it all off in July with some hardcore bug farming.

I've been playing since release and paid off all my mortgages in early Aug 2013. I actually wish there was a third floor so I could put more things in my house. Lol. A few months back I decided to make a second character and I'm still working on upgrading the house.

Yup! Thanks to several turnip spike threads, I've made more than enough bells to make an expansion to my house every day until it was fully expanded. Now I'm contemplating making a second character so I can put more things in their house and get more custom design options.

Paying house expansions has always been a pain in the butt for me I want a bigger house, but I hate using my bells on it! It's even worse in NL than it was in WW because I keep thinking "Well I could use these bells for a house expansion but I could also use them for a PWP..." lol it just gets frustrating.

Yeah I eventually could be bothered to pay off my final mortgage for my main character. I still need to create a mule character for all my paths and stuff and I'll need to fully pimp out their house which I'm not looking forward to. I wish I could just give Tom Nook the entire 8 mil or however much it is rather than have to go visit him, then go pay it in, then go back to him and ask for another expansion. It's so tedious.

I have the money I just cba.

Only for my mayor's house. I didn't bother paying the final mortgage for my two characters. I was so dumb to not think about the fact that I didn't really need to pay the final mortgage (unless you want to hear nook singing a ~song~) for my mayor since the last room was officially expanded. At least I saved myself 1,196,000 bells from my other characters.

my mayor is pretty close. i just have to expand the rooms a couple of more times each. i sold some BTB yesterday though, so i think i'm going to putt all of those bells towards finishing it off!

my second character i'm just going to expand the main floor fully and make it some sort of "shop" i think. not entirely sure what i'm going to do there yet.

and once I've saved up 100m I'm splitting it between my brother, my best friend, Kittyton and my second town, so I'm sure my second character and other mayor will be able to get theirs done soon too
