Tbh I think the real question is that who hasn't? 
I don't do it very often though, my bathroom is shared with my older brother and twin sister so it's kinda gross, I don't want to put my 3DS in there.

Ive had people give me super weird looks because Ill stay in the bathroom like 10 minutes more that planned just because I became so absorbed into the game-read that I just lost track of time (And I once had my brother worriedly knock at the door because I got lost in time while beetle-hunting and spent like half an hour just silently making bells WOOPS )
Never at the shower though, I would be too scared of my dropping something or the bag having a leak or ANYTHING that could ruin my electronic devices

My sister always thinks I fall in the toilet. Silly thing.
I play my handhelds in the bath too and text in the shower.
