Have you ever sold your town? If so what amount did you get?

My town was worth 875,778,531 bells and with installments it came out to be 963,356,400 bells.

Please do tell - any idea why Nook offered you so much? Any theories?

This is just my guess:

- I had my town for four years.
- I completed all three of my enclycopedias
- I completed all four museum sections
- I had almost all of the badges
- I had my house paid off completely
- I had a ton of bells saved
- I had almost all of the pwps except for like five unlocked
- I had all the stores unlocked
- I had all of the emotions from Shrunk
- my town tree was at it's biggest size

I have no idea if those things contribute, but that's just my guess as to how I was able to earn so much.
