No. I actually find him very annoying and gross/ugly to look at. I don't mind the concept of having a club and bringing him fruit for emotions but I highly dislike him as a character. I always skip through the jokes fast.

Yes. They're of that incredibly cheesy variety where I have to laugh because Shrunk found them funny enough to call jokes. The Disdain joke (which is the one that I believe ends in 'would you like fries') is actually quite clever, as well.
