Have you ever changed your mind about letting a villager move out?

I've almost let Fuchsia move several times because I'm on the fence about trying to get Renee or Phoebe in her place.

I felt that way for Poppy. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get rid of her because I didn't have her picture yet, she was my only normal villager, and she is cute and sweet. But at the same time, I was up to 10 villagers and she was the first who asked to move at the time. I said yes.

I thought about telling her not to move several times before she finally was in boxes. But I let her go. And I don't regret it, because she did send me her picture as she moved. I also got Pekoe as my new normal villager. Pekoe isn't a dreamy or anything, but she seemed kinda neat with her Asian-themed house and looks.

Once I forced Kidd out by creating a new player character and ignoring him. I wanted him gone because I wanted to build a bridge exactly where his house was. Well he moved out and I built my bridge as planned. Within about a week of building it, I decided I didn't like it there so I demolished it. I regret forcing him to move out because I never got another smug personality in my village ever since.

Rocco! XD I'm gonna let him go eventually to DaCoSim (as he's one of their dreamies), but the last time he was going to move, I changed my mind... partly because my boyfriend no longer wanted him in his town.

I recently got Bettina to move in from the campsite. She was going to be used as a stand in to bump my viagr count to 9 to transfer over someone I liked.
She recently asked to move. At first I did let her, but after talking to her, I realized I really like her.
So she's going to become a permanent resident of that town now c:

I had agreed to let Lucky move out, but was trying to get his pic before his last day had come and he'd be in boxes. I started to panic when days had gone by and he hadn't given me a single way to get him to give me his pic :/ So I kinda jumped on the opportunity to let him stay when he brought up being apprehensive about moving. One day, one day...

I did this a lot with Pekoe. Like a lot.
Basically, I saw a picture of Eunice the sheep and immediately decided she was a dreamie. I tried to get her online, but to no success. It happened again with Papi a few days after.

Soooo, I ordered the two amiibo cards online, and I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I had nine villagers, and wasn't Biff's biggest fan. I didn't hate him, I just never fell in love with him! And he moved in where I was going to put an Inn, and in Bertha the hippo's place. Biff was also a hippo, and Bertha was the first to leave my village, so I was quite sad when she did.

But in the wait for the amiibos to arrive, Margie moved in from my friends town and messed up my plan. So someone else had to leave. I decided on Pango, my original peppy. I do miss her now, but Winnie is here so that's good.

Anyway, Papi's amiibo arrived first. I scanned him in and said my goodbyes to Biff. I was shocked Biff was leaving straight away but he packed up and headed off, and Papi was set to move in. Papi moved in right next to where Biff was, so the inn found a new spot as Papi wasn't leaving. Then I scanned in Eunice and said a difficult goodbye to Pango, who planned on moving to the big city and making her fortune as a famous celebrity actress. I wished her luck, and Eunice moved in.

I was pretty happy with this for a while, but it occurred to me that I now had three normal villagers and no jock villagers, so I needed to do something about that to get my fire pit! I love penguins, so I want Roald. I still haven't got him, if I get nothing online I'll buy his amiibo too.

I let Pekoe go, she'd been here longer, she asked first, and Margie was from my friend's town which got broken. Even if Margie messed things up for me a little, I did like her. I found Pekoe a nice new home as a dreamie in another town, and I might go visit her soon. But it took me a long time to decide to let her go!

And now I'm on the fence about something else! Diana, my original snooty who has only asked to leave maybe twice in an entire year, my town's age, told me Chadder was considering leaving! I was wondering what to do, considering Chadder moved in two days after I started, but I saw Julian not long ago at the campsite and decided not to let him move in as I have a smug and my one space is reserved for a jock. But now Chadder is thinking about leaving himself, I might go back, it was only maybe last week, and pick up Julian from my campsite. I'll see what Chadder says if I say he can leave.

Thanks for bearing with me, that was very long!

Hmmm, I don't think I have... I've met villagers and assumed I'd want them gone, only to get on really well with them after getting to know them.
But once I say goodbye to a villager, and they give me the date, it's set in stone. Every villager that left, WITH ME KNOWING ABOUT IT, was somebody I wanted gone ! lol.

For me I had a couple encounters with villagers I positively never planned on keeping but ended up falling in love with. Olivia was that villager for me! I wanted her to move out because I honestly don't like any cat villagers but her design really grew on me and she had her house in a great spot. She ended up moving out one of the days I didn't get on to play but I made sure to get her again in another one of my towns as a permanent resident, up until I had finished those maps. I don't have her in any of my current towns but she will always be one of my favorites.

I've got 4 of my original villagers still being that in Fang, Peanut, Blaire, and Sydney. I'm just a huge baby. They will be with me always.

I can't remember too many villagers that I decided to let go of and suddenly started to like. There was one villager I do remember. It was Rudy. I was never a fan of the jock villagers, so I had a hard time liking any of them, but one day Rudy moved in. At first I was like, OK, another jock villager, but when I started talking to him more and looking at his design, I realized he wasn't that bad. He became one of my dreamies after awhile. :)

I really struggled with letting Whitney go, the only reason I ended up letting her was because she was going straight jnto my sisters town! Actually, I really struggled to let Vivian go too, I think I only did once I got her amiibo card so I could get her back...

If I really want to keep a villager real bad, I tell them not to move the first time they ask. However, I have had several villagers ask me to move out and eventually change their minds and stay anyways.

I've never changed my mind after agreeing to let a villager leave, but I always feel sad to see them go. Sometimes I need to let them leave so I can make new friends, but my old villagers will always have a place in my heart.

I usually try to have them move out if they're messing up my town layout (trails, gardens, etc) even if I really like that villager

One day, Cobb moved in. I hated him. I hated him SO much and wanted him to move out. Then I had an idea. I put up a sign by his house that reads, "Zombie Pig House" and it points to his house. I put a lot of black roses and lilies and killed a perfect fruit tree by his house, too. Now he'll never leave because that is a perfect part of town. His catchphrase is "braaaaiiiins".

I had often villagers where I thought it would be the best to let them go but then decided to let them
stay because I do started to like them kinda. Best example would be Naomi. Her house was on a dumb
spot and I was actually glad when she wanted to move out. However, I told her to stay because even if
I didn't liked it that she choose such a dumb spot for her house, I liked her and I would have miss her
when she wouldn't be there.

Yes many times!! I get attached to my villagers, especially the original ones. In my very first town I fell in love with Stinky and even though there were tons of other villagers I wanted, I kept telling him to stay. I eventually let him go because his house was right in front of my train station. But I got him back in my second town (another starter!!) and he’s not leaving this time :p

Yes I have :( :( :( I let tucker go and instantly regretted it- I was too impatient to get a free space

There is a happy ending though- I got him back :)
