Have you been close to finishing your town...?

Have you been close to finishing your town (or at least you thought) and then all of a sudden just been like, 'I hate half the things in this town, how did I ever think that I was done?' (I'm considering being 'done' with your town is when you don't really change the landscaping of it anymore and you are pretty much happy how your town looks and its residents) I've reach that point several, several, SEVERAL times. I remember that a couple of times I thought Sapphire was like 70% done. In reality it was like 30% done . So have you've just been like, 'I think my town is pretty good . . . NOPE!' And how do you feel about your town now?

I don't think my main town will ever be so called "done." Aha but I do love it so far, even though some of the pwps could've been placed better. Too lazy to demolish and re-donate though, so they'll stay for awhile.

I've never come to the point where I think I'm done with my town, because there is always something else to do. Oh, and also because I just restarted

I am extremely far from finishing either of my towns, because I am not sure how to make much money. Is selling in different villages the way people do it? How do people get so many millions? I usually just go to the island and sell catches, but at this rate it would take forever because I make one or two hundred thousand bells at most a day, and I don't feel like fishing/catching all the time, so it's a very very slow journey.

I just started my town I haven't even thought about that. And with recent towns I never have completed a town before

Wow, when you do that, do you save your villagers somewhere? Or do you start with new villagers?

Yeah, but then I usually lose motivation, stop playing for months, then restart because I haven't played in a while and don't know what to do with my town.

i could never be finished with my town. i never was able to grab any of my dreamies and keep them there.

I thought I almost finish with Zebilage until decided to use only black and white flowers now everything it's changing

Haha, many of times. My expectations of the perfect town are so high that I'm hardly ever pleased or satisfied with the appearance of my town. The possibilities of improvement are never-ending, by this I mean giving the town a few touch ups here and there. At least it's something to keep me occupied, but it's also having the motivation to actually get the job done. All I hear from visitors are "Your town is so beautiful," or something on the lines of "Your town looks so much better than mine," etc. I find it difficult to accept compliments especially when all I have is nothing but negative thoughts about my town. There's no way I'll ever be fully satisfied with it, I'll forever be pottering around my town editing. I can't win with it!

I think I am getting there. Maybe not 100% finished but close maybe? Lol.

I actually think my main town is nearly done. I've finally unlocked most of the PWPs I want, so now I'm just working on setting those up and planting all the trees and bushes I need around town. I'm excited! This will be my first complete town.
