Have any cute library idea?

I want to make my basement into a cute library! I have seen some pictures of some libraries, but the thing is I don't want it to have those kind of "blah" colors a library has.. you know what I mean? I kind of want to find some inspiration and somehow bring colors like pink, blue, and purple in to make it sort of a cute library!

if anyone has any ideas or pics they could post that would be great! c:

I don't know, maybe you could use some of the lovely and or the kiddie items? That's all I can really think of, the extent of my creativity is small.

I thought about using the kiddie items but I already am using the dresser and closet in the bedroom cx and I thought perhaps the lovely would be too clashing with the bookcase i'll be using! I thought about the marshmellow chairs or whatever they're called and refurbishing them to like pastel pink or blue

I think the frog chair and lily pad table look cute when refurbished with different colors.Although,they look nice in green too.You might also want to make your own walpaper pattern or get one online.Iv'e had to do that with a few rooms to get the look I wanted.

Oh, and you can always refurbish some of the furniture with a nice pattern, or find a shirt you like, and refurbish with that.
