/HATES the Orange Box

Okay, so I finally got it today for the PC.

I'm moving right along with installation, I make a Steam ID or whatever, and then it comes time for me to type in my Product Key. It's in "XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX" format, they say. So, I find it (yes, I know the number I'm looking at is the key. I'm sure of it) and type it in. Like 300 times. >.>

It keeps saying "Invalid product code", over and over. I'm absolutely sure I've been typing it in right.

Anyone know what my problem could be? D =

I got a new one. So, I have a new key.

I type it in, and the same thing happens.

What the heck? Is it possible this problem occured twice? >.<

I've dug through that.

Apparently, I'm supposed to mail it in/take a picture of it, and my recipt, and send that to them, then wait for them to restore the key.

I really don't have that kind of time...I'll just go exchange it for yet another new one as soon as I can, and keep trying this. >.<

Plus, Steam doesn't have a technical support phone number, which really sucks. >.>
