how do you define a term more than that?

it is a crime based on personal hate towards another. a crime of hate.

usually based on race, sexual orientation, or personal beliefs/opinion.

there is a huge difference between differing points of views and disagreeing with someone, and hating a person just because they are white/black/mexican, or gay/bisexual/straight.

does that make things clearer? kinda hard to elaborate on what a hate crime is without saying a crime about hate.
