Sometime back I noticed a fenced area for a villager moving in but it had not been there in the morning after 6am. I noticed it after coming back from visiting a friend's town. I was very sure the plot had not been there but then again thought I could be mistaken.
Yesterday Rosie moved out and went to my other town on my US 3DS. This morning after 6am I watered all my flowers and walked the whole length and breadth of my town but there was no plot. I brought out one of my characters during my lunch break because it is her birthday. After her party, she delivered a package to Moose.
After work (5pm) my main character went to visit my other town however when she returned; there was a fenced plot next to Moose's house and Heppeux is moving in?? This time I am absolutely sure there was no plot because I specifically checked that area for a project I have in mind!
Has this happened to you?
NB: I do not even time travel at all.
