Splatoon has there ever been a perfect tie before??

so, i was just casually playing some turf wars, and i thought of something. has there ever been a perfect tie before?? the following image is the closest i have ever gotten to an exact tie, losing by only 0.1%. i was playing with my friend at the time, and we both screamed on call realizing what had just happened. but this situation led me to wonder if it's even possible for such a thing to happen? and if so, is there a special screen designated for it?

(40.4% - 40.5%) also, if you notice, the point average in this photo is also only off by one.

so has anyone actually experienced or heard of a perfect tie before? let me know ^^

I’m positive the game is programmed to never have a tie even if the result should technically be one. One time I was playing online with a streamer we were the same team and the results were only 0.1% different. The weird thing was though on her screen it said we had lost by 0.1% but on mine it said we had won by 0.1%. So I’m guessing in the event of a tie the game will just randomly award players with a win or a loss. I just found it bizarre that the results could be different within the same team (could have also just been a glitch).

Wish I could provide proof of the above happening to me but unless I get a chance to find that screenshot and the specific stream I don’t have the screenshots to compare. I remember double checking her stream after it was uploaded and that is indeed what had happened as my Splatnet also said we had won even though in her stream we had lost.

I’ve played several hundred hours and the game has never awarded me a tie so pretty sure it’s programmed not to have one for the results screen.
