Has streetpass worked for anybody since the update...?

I'm also in the UK and haven't been having any lucky with Streetpass lately. Must be a regional issue.

I am having issues. The games that were old but updated work fine... but I have 2 new ACNL game cartridges (the ones that come with the amiibo functionality built in) and those are NOT working with Streetpass. It is not the 3DS systems- it has something to do with the software. I have not cracked the mystery yet.

Just lost my whole post - so annoying when this happens (think I took too long & it logged me out)
In precis - I streetpassed beween games successfully - ie acnl-wa streetpassed with an older updated game.

I would check to see if your game is enabled via system settings and also via Digby.

I did write a lengthy piece about whether the acnl game is showing as first on the streepass list - some players have said that being first on the list can stop streetpasses but I haven't found this to be the case. But you could try adding (if you still have it) swap note/letterbox making it the first. For me personally it doesn't make any difference my games still streetpass.

If the problem is continuing, I would ring Nintendo, explain the issue and ask to be passed to a tech person - I've found when I have done this they have been knowledgable & helpful.
