Has it snowed on your island yet?

I had my first snowfall early this morning.

It's funny, because I only noticed yesterday that maple leaves had stopped. Sometimes I think I'm clueless in this game.

Today is actually the second day it's snowed on my island this year! (well, honestly my third, but I wasn't online the other day it snowed). I believe today is the first day it's going to snow all day, though!

It's been snowing all day today... quite fitting for December 1st. SInce that brought me into the mood, I also started decorating for the season. The snow won't settle until the 11th though, which is the start of snowflake season.

Today was the second day of snow in a row, which is annoying because my flowers are out of control already. Thankfully we still have about a week until the snow settles, which is cool for the first few days, but it really overstays its welcome. I'm probably going to celebrate Toy Day and New Year then skip ahead to March. I'm not the biggest fan of how the cliffs, beaches and flowers look with all the snow.

Yes, it did -- I spotted snow yesterday and today! The villagers in their little coats and caps are so cute. I'm obsessed with Roald's fit. And I love the bells in the snowy soundtrack versions; they put me right into a festive mood.

I need to decorate beyond scattering last year's random holiday items in random places around town. The snow is wonderful, but the way the grass and the grey looks against all of my flowers and mushroom items ... ugh, winter is the season that I always end up taking a break from AC, but I really want to power through the winter holidays this year. I have never actually celebrated Toy Day in any game!
