Has anyone not been getting villagers they like?

Lately I've been letting my neighbors that I really like move out (including some that I'm neutral about) because I want new villagers to make my town more interesting/fun for me but rarely do I get a villager I like, has anyone had this problem? last one I got was Beardo ugh....

Some of the ones I liked moved out, and have been replaced by villagers I don't like, such as Mac...but that's life I guess, aha :')

I got Shari as a random move in. I'm happy about that.
Mott, Rocco, and Cookie have all moved out today.
I got Elvis in. He seems nice, definitely not a dreamie though c:

Aww, I want Rocco... He's not fantastic, but he was one of my best friends from my WW town...

I got Stitches since the beginning, he is one of my favorites and I plan to keep him as long possible.

But I change other villagers and I also noticed there are a lot I don't like. Very often I let a creepy one go and just another weird animal replaces him, really annoying. But on the other hand, if they were all nice I want to keep them all, so this way there is always someone new in town.

I've noticed that I have gotten some town's leftovers via Streetpass.
The latest one to move in was Hazel from another town and I'm not a fan of her unibrow...
