Has anyone gotten bamboos to grow inside their rivers? If so.....

I heard that there is a way to glitch bamboo into your rivers and what I have seen it looks really beautiful. But, does this mess up your town ... or is it only in certain versions of the game? I don't want to do it because I have no interest in glitching my game... But just curious. ^^

It's only available through hacking. Not a glitch. You have to do something with RAM editing, I believe. It's really confusing tbh.

I believe there's a glitch to fall into and walk in the river, which requires dug holes and the bad luck tripping effect of the King Tut Mask, but I don't think you can plant bamboo in the river this way... it would be cool if you could though.

Anything where you place or grow things in the river is a hack. It can be lovely if done right but I believe you always run the risk of it corrupting your game if done improperly. I don't know, I've never tried.

^ but with hacking you can always have a backup of your file, which is nice in order to avoid even regular corruptions

I'm not sure if there's another way to grow stuff in the river besides that.

Eh, I suppose you're right. Personally I hardly have the patience to download my screenshots from my SD card so having a backup of my file and having to make sure that's updated would be irritating
