Tom Nook's picture isn't a animal picture. You could even get that one in GC.

No one is stopping you. Also, if they have Tom Nook, don't you think they have other animals such as K.K. or more of the other important characters?

But ya know what./ I dont care about the pictures at ALL unless you are able to present the picture of choice to that animal to sign it. THEN i'd start giving a crap...

Till then, i dont feel like getting out of bed now. I am quite comfortable with my lappy. XD

hey nita! i'm decided! i want you to have a picture of me! go go ahead!
(i push A and there's a few seconds pause)
did you get one? YAY!
(they walk off...)
