Has anyone else had Villager's stalk them?

I'm not just talking follow you around in town, I mean like, when you make a new town, they are almost ALWAYS there in some way shape or form?

Cause Jeremiah has been stalking me since the Gamecube, out of the 3 town's I've made for AC:NL he's only not been in one, (my current town) and every time has acted like such a jerk! Seriously buddy, its been like 10 years, why are you in all my games.

Something weird that happened to me is that I played Wild World prior to ACNL, had Rasher the cranky pig in there as a starter, and when I started my ACNL town they appeared as a starter in there, too. It was pretty cool, but honestly weird. I also don't really like him, tbh.

Teddy's been following me in GameCube. He was one of my villagers when I first played the game like 6 years ago. Now here he is again, my 12th villager in my new town I started this year. Which is great, because he's one of my all time favorite villagers. I also had him in two separate towns in New Leaf, but he didn't follow me, I sought him out both times.

Something alike happened with me.
I had Monique in Wild World and after I recreated the town upon trying again she was there.

I went to test Animal Forest and she was one of the starters and even the animal who greet me when I save and load files.

Something funny is that I wanted Nibbles and Static in my towns, but they appeared in Animal Forest together as starters.

Bruce shows up at my house every time I go inside and spend more than 5 min in it xD I hide in another room

Oh my goodness, yes! I was just talking to my husband about this last night! I don't remember with the older games, it's been too long, but in New Leaf, Julien keeps showing up in the towns I make! And when I finally started getting some of the amiibo cards, The very first pack I opened, there he was! I think he's trying to tell me something.

Marshal. He's been in nearly all of my towns.
He also likes to park his house near mine and send me letters.

drake the duck! i think he's been in every town of mine since wild world at least once, plus my brother's town

Hopper is a weird case, he was in my old town in Wild World.
Then he appeared in my town of Acme.
Later he left my town in Wild World just because I gave a one day break in the game.
In New Leaf I've let him to go away to reserve space for either Mint or Caroline.

Sometime later he appeared as an starter in two of my friend's town as a starter.

Moe is back from my Wild World game ^^ (or at least I like to think of it that way)

Wart Jr. was also in my Wild World game and a starter in my new leaf town. I let him move away but I didn't mind him too much.

mint kinda has, I had her in my city folk town and she followed me to my second acnl town. Pheobe has been stalking my friend and I too, she was in his town and then we both reset at the same time... she followed him and moved in again AND she moved into my town.. not complaining tho, she's one of my dreamies!

I've had Shari and Queenie in both my New Leaf towns, and Bree currently lives in both my New Leaf town and my Wild World town I also had Sally and Peanut in my first New Leaf town, and later on they both moved into my Wild World town ^^;
