Plant one on day one, shoot grows until day 3, on day 5 it reproduces, shoots survive, once bamboo matures it reproduces every 2-3 days, with a pretty much exponential growth rate you get an completely infested 10% of the town within a month, this is entirely based on my experiance with bamboo
