You know if ACNH is similar to ACNL in terms of friendship ping your villagers to the maximum and they will reward you will a cute photo to reward you for taking care of them and befriending them to the maximum. Is there something similar in ACNH ?

You can get a small, framed version of the poster from Harvey's island for each villager, yes. You can even customize the frame to a few different options this time around which is really cool! You're also able to hang them on the wall now, or place them like usual. And they still have the zodiac sign, birthday, and favorite saying on them!

I got one from Norma after I gave her a dress she really liked.
I gift my villagers everyday so I think once you start building up friendship and give them stuff they really like, the chances of getting their photos increase.

I've gotten several photos from villagers from simply giving them a non-native fruit every day. It's probably the easiest, well-liked-enough gift to give your villagers

That’s good to know! I started handing out non-native fruit to curb screwing up their houses/wardrobe, but was worried it wouldn’t be enough to get a pic (haven’t received any yet)

Yes, I got Muffy's photo a couple days ago and just got Bonbon's photo this morning. Muffy's does match her posters for sure, not sure about Bonbon's.
