Happy Veterans day.

Lot of my family members served. Dad's serving, mom's dad served in Vietnam, Great Uncle served in WWII (Got a medal of honor I believe for getting a truck load of ammo and explosives out of a burning barn) and then others who I probably haven't heard of.
Wow, that's the highest decoration the military can award. That is quite an honor.

Don't forget to thank a Veteran :D
*My Dad*
Hey my dad too.

What branch is your dad in?
U.S Navy
Air Force Here.

He fought in Desert Storm/Shield in Saudi Arabia.

@Rockman: Dude...I'm so sorry. Those WWII Vets were definitely heroes. I was talking to a veteran who was about 91 (I think) and was drafted and landed on the beaches in Normandy and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. He also was in charge of guarding General Patton's house in Germany which I thought was pretty amazing.
Air Force <3

Tell your dad I said thanks, you too Hobo, and Tom.

I live on a military base, so I thanked a lot of them today. Sadly I'm without my veteran this year, he's in Afghanistan.

Also, I'm pretty sure my grandpa earned a purple heart for servin' in WWII. Maybe 'nam. I honestly don't know.

My grandpa was in the Navy. Peacetime, luckily.

Thanks a ton to everyone who has or is serving. :D

No one, to my knowledge, in my family has ever served.
But thanks, vets. You gave up a lot to keep us safe.

Two of my cousins are serving in the war right now
Thank you to all the Vets that served and are serving now
