So I've seen people with the Happy Home Designer Collectible and I'm curious. Where did it come from? How did they get it? Is it tradeable? How much TBT is it? I'd really like some answers

It was only available for a limited time in the shop when HHD came out last year. I don't remember how much is was (maybe 269 since that's the day it came out and they usually match the price with the day), but someone else can probably give a proper price, and it's not tradeable.
