How do you get this? Also what other hhp theme items are there and how do you get them? Wardell sent me the rug thats the only one I know.

IIRC, you can eventually order them once you get the ability to order from your catalog. IDK how many houses you have to do or Poki you have to spend for that, though. But once it's unlocked, talk to Wardell, and he'll let you order them. Again, IIRC, they're in a special spot in the back tab of the catalog.
