Happy Home Network Computer Not Showing on Sisters Game?

On my sisters game, the Hapoy Home Computer is not showing. Whenever she does a house, it does not give the option to connect and upload it to the Happy Home Network. She has updated her game to 2.0, she is connected to the Internet, and she is pretty far in the game, I mean she completed all the public works projects.

I tried to look online, but I found no answers. Can anybody help me? T-T

Are you experiencing problems that the server is currently undergoing maintenance? If so, there's your problem.

Did she get the Company Compact Car by saying YES to letting Nintendo know about her game play? If not, that might be it. When starting the game, choose the 2nd answer. That might fix it, but might have to go to the next day.

Yes she has. I'll check her game again today and see if it fixed. :/
