I have the rustic theme and I have over 300,000 points. I have the gold roof but I'm not getting a badge I don't have a single happy home badge and my badge collection is almost complete. Help me out getting a badge thanks.

I'm not sure what the goal is for the HHA badge, but try putting pictures out of villagers already in your town. That really boosts up points. The board goes nuts for those props. I never got any HHA badges and as soon as I dumped all of the ones I got from April Fools, I got gold the next day.
It's kind of lame and I was wondering why everyone who I checked whether friends or the island had that at gold when I had zilch. Now I know how most of them probably got that badge.

I've read that you don't get the badges as long as you're doing the theme challenge - you have to speak to Lyle and get out of the challenge before Phineas can appear. I did that and he hasn't appeared though...
Try turning the challenge off then if you have 50,000 points you get badge b, 100,000 points badge s and a 150,000 points you get the g one. At least that’s what I read but I haven’t tried it since my houses look like Indiana Jones threw up on them with a touch of whimsy sprinkled on top.
