I have well over 150,000 points to get the gold badge and I'm sure I've had it for awhile. I don't even have the bronze badge yet because Phineas has never given me one. Do you have to get the badge by checking your Happy Home points by talking to Lyle? I just did and I'm not sure because for the gold I know I need 150,000, but I have 160,000. Was it the problem that I never talked to Lyle about my points? How can I make Phineas appear?

I just quit the theme challenge I had. Does Phineas appear only at a certain time of day?

It's clear! I went ahead and time traveled and got the badge. I did have to cancel my theme challenge. ^^
