Happy Home Academy did not rate my home??

My main account did not receive a letter from Happy Home Academy on Sunday with my rating/gift.

I have a secondary character on the same account and he did receive the letter. We both received a letter two weeks ago.

Is something wrong with my game? Or is this normal?

I have no idea if it is normal or not, but I also received no letter from them last weekend, and this weekend I did again.

Same. This last week I didnt get a letter at all.

But
I also did nothing at all to anything in my house for the entire week. So I figured that was why.
