Happy Easter.

Gifts on Easter? Why would you give/receive gifts on the day commemorating the Resurrection of Jesus Christ? I don't get it -- it's a strictly religious holiday that should have nothing to do with the secular (and possibly pagan) tradition of the "Easter bunny" and painting eggs.

Technically, nobody should get presents on Christmas, either... but that's just my opinion. I mean, doesn't it eliminate the point of the holiday? It substitutes the temporal for the spiritual; it's the alleged birthday of Jesus, what does it have to do with gifts?

Some people are not catholic or christian maybe some are just normal and don't know about the ressurection, the crucifixation(i forgot how to spell), and the birth of Jesus Christ. Because some people don't believe in them in my town .
