In return I'd just want some Pears and Cherries

This happened to me with Marshal. Moved in right next to town hall. Then a few days later, Stitches moved in where I want to put a bridge. Bittersweet.. They're awesome villagers I want in my town, but atleast I was able to trade them for other cool villagers (And I did, got Zucker for Marshal ^.^)

May I have Hamphrey though? : O
