Halloween Pranks

Okay, so I'm going to my friends house in a couple of hours to go trick or treating with him, and I wanna scare him/rest of family with some rather cool Halloween pranks. As long as the pranks aren't OTT like throwing TP at houses or stuuff like that. The pranks have to be one's that can be done quickly (I'm thinking of doing that lolipop prank), not that they take like 3 hours to get everything ready or something.

Er, lay down outside their house with ketchup all over you and pretend you're dead? I seriously don't know

Go behind house, wait for little kids, when they come near front door, I run out and scare them.
Hopefully, one will cry.

Then I give 'em candy.
