I've seen plenty of adults dress up, it's not just for kids, but i guess everyone moves at their own pace. You can be walking by 5, and shaving by 10 =P

It is from naruto it is Itachi Uchiha. He killed all of the Uchiha clan.
Edit:I was sasuke curse mark form last year. It took hours to get the curse mark lines off me. But it was worth it.

Mmm True but its for their children.
 
Its not always for there children. Some people like to got to parties or just walk around in costume. Its mostly in the spirit of things that people do it and the candy is the second half for the kids. Though if you don't want to go, nor like Halloween, why are you on this topic being rude to this kid? Hes still plenty young to go...

Exactly, that's why we wear dorky sweaters at Christmas :P the tradition is a large part of most people's lives.

Don't pay that much for a dumb fad and poor candy

Go as something cheap or home-made.

Dude im just saying, its for children to Trick or treating. I didn't say halloween is childish.
