I know you have to get 15 haircuts to unlock haircuts meant for the opposite gender. What I'm wondering though, is does it have to be 15 cuts after I unlock Shampoodles, or could I get 15 haircuts BEFORE I unlock Shampoodles in my town and still have it count?

I'm pretty sure it has to be your Shampoodles, I could be wrong ; v;

Get 15 haircuts at your own Shampoodle. It's like the color contacts option can only be unlocked by getting your hair done in your own town.
