Hacked towns?

No I don't have a problem with hacked towns. Personally I've never hacked my town and never will. I prefer to enjoy the game as it was intended to be played and complete tasks through my own work. However I don't mind if people hack their own towns if that's how they enjoy playing the game. I've seen so many beautiful towns that were all hacked such as Eggnog,Imori,Pancake etc... So basically I think everyone can play their game how they want to as long as it is not hurting others' towns.

I think it's a super creative platform and I always enjoy visiting hacked towns! I personally do hack, however I play the game without hacking on one copy. I see it as two entirely different things. Editing and designing a town on a computer, and playing animal crossing. I think it would be rather boring to just hack.

I think a lot of the hacked towns I've seen were beautiful and I sometimes wish that the things you can do with a hacked town were part of the actual game. However, the only thing that bugs me a tiny bit is that almost every town that gains popularity is hacked. Natural towns need some love too!

i dont care what you do to your game. i think hacked towns can look super awesome and i dont mind visiting them.
i am more at owe at those who have a legitimate amazing town tho just bc of all that work

I don't have a problem with hacked towns. Some of them looking really beautiful and sometimes with hacks
you can create amazing towns which you may never could without hacking because of the limits the game
has. I for myself never used hacks (or do I know how hacking works). However, legitimate towns deserving
more attention, as they sometimes getting overshadowed by hacked towns.

I learned how to hack last year when I stupidly decided to sell my beloved town and start over. I regretted it so much that I started a new town with a very similar map layout, learned how to hack and got all my items back. I found it to be the same thing as when I bought the from shops on here, so it wasn?t like it was hard to acquire a lot of my items in the first place (I also have a lot of Amiibo cards). I made everything the same and it?s like I never lost my town! I did not do any hacks like to earn badges, grow the tree, put trees too close to each other or anything like that. The only thing I did do is add a pond, and I?m super happy with that. But even my rocks are in the same places. I am very happy to have my town back, and even though it was done mostly by hacking it was still a lot of work to recreate. I made the dirt paths myself again, decorated the whole town the same way (grew trees myself instead of hacking them in) and I still plot reset. So while it isn?t the same as full blown hacking, I can see the appeal and it does not bother me at all. This game is not a competition. It is a single player game so if someone wants to hack it is only really effecting them. I know there are bad hackers out there but there are also people who go to friend?s towns and steal items so you get that sort of thing either way.

Eh. I'm okay with them, but I wish non-hacked towns got some credit too.
