Hacked Town/Save Editor?

If you saw my post in the thread about resetting, I'm desperatly looking for a solution to my bridge issue. I don't want to restart, but I need to rebuild this bridge that's "too close" to my Cafe.

Does anyone know how this town was achieved? Is this some kind of exploit? Is there a working save editor for this game? I need to know how to make this work.

If you scroll down, you can see a post. Apparently, if you talk the the character in the glitch town, in japanese, he says "it's a bug." It's probably with patterns and/or resetting if you ask me.

Does anyone have any ideas what glitches are used to do this then?

King Tut mask likely, you can fall into a body of water and still legitamitely walk. However, you can't go too far or Isabelle will yell at you.

You can't even build on seemingly fine land spots so I doubt she would let you build in the river. xP

Good point, she would probably say it's too close to "something else." It's happened to me before.
