I try to aim for the odd, more unpopular villagers but if I do get a popular one they will go for the highest price in my price guide. However, I have just drastically lowered my prices to try and make it much easier for people who want the popular ones.
Though I aim for the more unpopular I can't control who shows up in my campsite and I never don't take a camper if I have room. I also don't mind getting someone's voided villager because even though they were voided once, someone might want that villager in the future.
All transactions will be in TBT.
No IGB, no items.
The price ranges are negotiable within their price listing.
Which is why I have them set up that way.
I like to give you a bit more freedom.
The pricing I use is based on two things:
1.I only use the forum popularly list of the first two tiers for the two highest ranges.
2.My own personal view that I'm pretty open with when it comes to a villager's personality, availibity, market value and demand.
While my favorite are cats, I see the appeal and love that each villager, especially those not deemed popular that players have for them.
Most popular according to the most current list on the forums:30-50 TBT
Second most popular listing:25-40 TBT
Third-middle of the road:20 TBT
Least popular:5-15(possibly even free)TBT
Rarity/hard to find and popular:35-55 TBT
Unique and popular 40-60 TBT
Unique/odd looking/special physicality 30-55 TBT
Below is my current lineup.
If you want to lurk for any of these let me know.
There is no fee for lurking.
After 1-2 days they will simply be voided.
I clear my voids through my other towns so you don't end up with a voided villager instead of the one you paid for.
***NOTE***
Almost all my villagers will be original as they mostly come from the camp ground. However, if they are a random move-in from having less then 9 villagers or from someone else's void I will specify that.

Lastily, how I cycle is vastly different from most others. I just go about every 4 days(by time traveling) unless I am speed cycling, then on the fifth day I check for movers. If there are none then I will go day by day till there is one. On the days I do check I always check the campground as I always have 9 villagers or less.
