Has anyone actually made much progress with Gulliver? I've only shot him down perhaps twice or thrice - could have been more if I kept a slingshot in letter storage back in the day, lol.

I never shot him without resetting.

Saw him the other day and was so close but didn't get him and didn't feel like resetting.

I had Wild World for 7 or 8 years, and I think I only shot him down 6 times at most. He's just super rare and even if you play every day you can be too far away to get him when he does show up.

Just found out there are 14 Gulliver items.

Perhaps Nintendo made him a little too rare!

I don't remember him being that rare, but he wasn't common either.

Thanks. Did a quick Google search for something or other and nicked the first good one, after cropping and resizing it to meet the 150x100 dimensions. Really ought to get 'round to leaving my avatar and signature .gif sources somewhere.

I never missed with the golden slingshot, maybe because it was 3 pellets? He always flew into one, and boom! Gotcha!!
