Guide to getting Animal Pictures

Most of the pics I had were received when the villager moved. I've only managed to get one from a current villager. Phil gave me his pic for getting him something or delivering something I forget which. Then when he moved he sent me another pic so now I have two. Can't get anyone else to give me their pic though :/
