I doubt they are specifically targeting TBT. Plus you can't do anything to it by putting a bunch of bots on it anyway.

1. Google wouldn't do that if their lives depended on it and people would easily find out.
2. It would be a lot easier for them to edit the stats of clicks than actually click the ads.
