Guaranteed Method for Hatching a Shiny Pok

OF COURSE I use Repels! Sometimes chains just break for no reason at all. It's meant to happen sometimes, it's in the game's code. Unfortunately, it seems to always happen to me.

And hacking for a ID is like hacking for items.
