He is really annoying me.

1. His house looks like a shanty town
2. I used bushes to try and plant around his house to cover them up hoping they would grow and they died 24 medals gone.
3. His voice is annoying
4. His presents are terrible

Is he the worst resident in New Leaf? Has anyone else got him?
